Strength
When You Don’t Feel Strong Enough
There are seasons when you’ve prayed, waited, tried, and kept going until you finally have to admit, “Lord, I don’t have anything left for this.”
We often think strength means holding everything together. But God never asked us to carry everything on our own.
Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is admit that you need Him.
There will be situations you cannot fix, answers you do not have, and burdens too heavy to carry alone. But reaching your limit doesn’t mean God has reached His.
When you’ve reached your limit, His grace has not reached His.
You don’t always have to be the strong one. Sometimes strength is simply knowing Who to lean on.
So give God what you cannot carry and trust Him with what you cannot see.
His grace is enough for today.
“My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.”
— 2 Corinthians 12:9 KJV
Reflection:
What have you been trying to carry in your own strength that you need to place in God’s hands?
